If you're an expert in avionics systems, diagnostics, and precision electronics—this is your opportunity to directly impact mission success on high-profile aircraft programs. **What You'll Be Doing** + Perform bench and/or flight line testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on aircraft systems + Modify, install, and test wire bundles and avionics components + Analyze circuits, calculate waveforms, and trace signal flows using advanced diagnostic tools + Interpret schematics, blueprints, wire diagrams, and work instructions + Diagnose and correct assembly malfunctions using precision tools and instruments + Collaborate with peers and management to determine optimal repair processes + Mentor and support junior technicians; may lead teams on complex assignments + Work from ladders or in confined spaces and lift up to 35 lbs + Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, including Hazardous Energy and Lock Out/Tag Out protocols + Support cross-functional teams (Structures, General Mechanics, Electrical) as needed to meet project goals **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications:** + Experience with C-17 or other heavy aircraft platforms + Proficiency in Aircraft Avionics Systems (Comm Nav, Radar, Data Links, Weapons) + 3+ years of experience in applied mathematics, statistics, or related field + 4+ years interpreting schematics, specs, drawings, and SOPs + 3+ years with aircraft computer systems and standard office software **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
