Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electronics Technician with a strong experience in electronics and assembly. This role requires an individual who can effectively build cables and wiring harnesses, ensuring precision and quality in every task.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble cables and wiring harnesses in a production environment with a focus on soldering and crimping.Use digital multi-meters (DMM) to ensure accuracy and functionality of assemblies.Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and engineering blueprints to follow technical assembly instructions.Maintain accurate records through basic computer skills such as emailing, data entry, and inventory transactions.Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing production safety, quality, delivery lead times, and cost.Essential SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in a production environment building cables and wiring harnesses.Proficiency in soldering and crimping techniques.Ability to use digital multi-meters (DMM).Competence in reading schematics, drawings, and engineering blueprints.Basic computer skills including emailing, record keeping, and data entry.HS Diploma and Associates Degree, or equivalent 2 years of post-high school relevant work experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in a production environment building cables and wiring harnesses.Experience in supporting continuous improvement projects.Basic understanding of electrical components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and integrated circuits.Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic production environment focused on electronics assembly. The role requires precision and attention to detail, utilizing modern technologies and equipment to ensure high-quality output. Standard business hours apply, and the dress code is business casual to ensure comfort and professionalism.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
