Job Overview TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate for new machines / equipment’s procurement along with Manufacturing Engineer or automation team Coordinate with Automation team to execute projects. Train and guide trainees on Machine panel wiring, selection of components, Panel Layout planning. PLC Programming of new equipment, Modifications/ improvements in existing equipment. Machine safety systems improvements. Generate electrical circuits in Elecworks. Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required Coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements Authorized for LOTO & Removal of Machine Guarding and working beyond machine guards.
What your background should look like: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics courses is an advantage. 3-5 years’ experience in electronics maintenance. Must have knowledge in PLC PROGRAMMING and Electrical circuit Design Familiar with SERVO Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
