The Electronics Key Account Manager will manage several existing high-profile accounts and will be tasked with winning and growth new opportunities in the electronics/semiconductor industry within the Greater Phoenix Area. Accounts include liquid bulk, pipeline, onsite generations, and sale of equipment. Responsibilities will include relationship management, renewals, finding / winning new business, and ensuring
Job Responsibilities:
Manage existing accounts; including liquid bulk, pipeline, onsite generation, sale of equipment, and operate & maintain agreements
Customer Account Management, Managing Customer Relationships, Customer Value Creation, Wallet Share Growth, and Profit Management
Manager contractual and expected customer product quality requirements; facilitating / organizing facility audits may be required
Developed a deep understanding of the electronics / semiconductor industry and associated bulk gas requirements needed to serve the industry
New Business Development - Selling portfolio of Products, Equipment and Services to amenable Market, including New to Market and Driven Account Prospects.
Field presence with existing / new customers
Collaborate and interact with Product Manager and the broader customer facing organization such as Commercial Technology Reps., Customer Engineering, Microbulk Sales Reps, Gen Gas Business Development Managers., etc.
Adept at working in a matrixed organization and to collaborate with other sales and marketing professionals within the West Subregion and Air Products’ broader organization
Success in this position requires someone who has excellent time management, organization skills, and strategy development
Overnight travel is required from time to time for customer visits, trade shows, and broader team meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably a technical degree)
3-5 years of commercial / sales experience
Experience in electronics / semiconductor industry
