This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience:** Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. **QUALIFICATIONS** 1. Actively engage in HW design validation, product DVP&R execution and/or support all laboratory work priorities and activities, equipment and instruments calibrations and maintenance, technical reporting and documentation, interface and co-ordinate with global and local test teams and other cross-functional teams as required. 2. Provide technical expertise and support for planning, scheduling, and testing using available test systems and equipment. 3. Engage in hands-on rework activities for PCBAs, prototype board bring-ups, wiring harness builds, supporting maintenance of test fixtures, etc. 4. Support problem solving and root cause analysis for HW design issues using 7-step problem solving method. 5. Actively mentor and/or train other technicians and/or less experienced technical personnel on the use of specialized test instruments and equipment and test methods following safety rules and protocols. 6.
