Job Title: Component Engineer
Job Description

The Component Engineer will provide technical expertise in selecting and assessing electronic components. This role involves developing testing procedures and assessing alternative components to meet UL, CSA, or NEC standards. The engineer will collaborate with compliance teams to verify components meet company standards and warranty needs, and oversee component engineering initiatives across all product lines.

The work environment includes a large computer with dual monitors and a stand-up desk option. The recently remodeled building offers new office space and shared spaces such as patios, lunch rooms, meeting rooms, and museum rooms. You will work Monday through Friday, averaging 40-45 hours per week in a business casual environment. Opportunities to work on popular projects include those for the White House, Olympics, and World Cup, as well as local school sports fields.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
