Electronics Tester  Job Purpose: Electronic Tester: Performs routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Sets up test devices using hand tools or automatic test methods. Documents test results. May perform simple repairs and/or component removal or replacement. May maintain logs and records indicating malfunctions.   Nature of Duties: Retrieve information needed to test boards and set up test stations. Test production boards and electronic assemblies for conformance utilizing test equipment. Process paperwork to accurately record test data. Isolate manufacturing defects and may be required to perform rework as needed.
