Job Description:
Spherion of Erie is looking for motivated individuals seeking a long-term opportunity with a stable company! This is a Spherion DIRECT HIRE position - day one you will be a permanent, full-time employee with a quicker access to benefits. No temp-to-hire process! Electronic Troubleshooter will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with returned products, including boards, fixtures, and components, based on customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
Ability to interpret schematics to identify potential issuesUtilize computer systems to enter part requests, track data, and manage programs relevant to the RMA process.Understanding the function of the fixtures Solving problems and attention to detailCommunicate findings to chain of commandMaintain accurate documentation for each case, ensuring clear records of all troubleshooting activities and resolutions.Follow established protocols for RMA processing, ensuring timely and accurate handling of returned products.Using tools and equipment for testing electronics, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other diagnostic instrumentsEducation: High School
Experience: 12 months
