EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every six semester hours earned from an accredited college or university in electronics or computer science will substitute for one year of the required experience. NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess an appropriate Federal Communications Commission (FCC) radio-telephone license when working with marine and aviation transmitting equipment or with radar.
