BGS is currently looking for an Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer to join their team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
A successful candidate will support KC‑767 International Tanker Systems Engineering Integration Team (SEIT) activities focusing primarily on obsolescence resolution and introduction of new capabilities primarily related to aerial refueling systems (e.g. controls and displays, lights, and vision systems). This includes requirements definition, qualification, authoring test plans, test procedure development, supporting/conducting testing, authoring test reports, and developing Statements of Compliance to requirements. The candidate will also provide post‑implementation support as the systems are fielded by our international customers.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Mid-Level Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science2 or more years' related work experienceExperience with multiple engineering disciplines necessary to successfully integrate avionics and/or electric systems hardwareKnowledge of aircraft systems (e.g., navigation, avionics, fuel, hydraulics, pneumatic, etc.) including operations and troubleshootingSkill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findingsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Technical (Electrical/Electronic Engr) bachelor's degreeExperience with business applicationsExperience dealing with ITAR requirementsSystems Integration Lab (SIL) experienceExperience with aerial refueling systems/platformsExperience with civil and/or military certification / qualificationDrug Free Workplace:
