We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Electronic Gaming Supervisor to take ownership of the electronic gaming experience and drive performance across our slots and e-tables.
In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring brand standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, managing KPIs, and optimising the performance of our electronic gaming machines by proactively driving stakes, controlling margins, and maximising profitability.
You’ll work closely with the Casino Manager and our central electronic support team to ensure our slots and e-table games are fully optimised for success in your club. If you’re ready to take charge and elevate the gaming experience, we want to hear from you.
QualificationsCasino or Gaming Experience: Proven background in casinos, particularly with slot machines or electronic gaming tables, is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in operational hospitality may also be considered
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment. Supervisors are expected to motivate staff and maintain high performance standards
Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer-facing skills are essential. You should be confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor
Commercial Awareness: A sharp, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, manage margins, and drive revenue growth across electronic gaming products
Regulatory Compliance: A solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations & a Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder.
Additional InformationPlease be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
