PURPOSES OF THE USE
For our industrial braking activity, develop new associated electrical/electronic products, from design to qualification and market launch in compliance with Cost/Quality/Lead time criteria, and/or modify the design of existing products as part of continuous improvement or the addition of options or features at the request of customers (Adaptation of Standard Electrical/Electronic Products)
LABOUR RELATIONS
Reporting to the site's Research and Development manager. Close links with the entire R&D team, sales departments, Product Management, purchasing, industrialization, after-sales service and production
In relation to our subcontractors; May occasionally be in direct contact with the customer (French/foreign) for exchanges on the specifications
DESCRIPTION OF SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
Participates in the definition of preliminary projects
Familiarizes yourself with customer requirements, specifications (French or English)
Formalizes technical specifications to manage subcontracting
Leads the development of new electrical/electronic products in the rules of the art
Produces manufacturing files for the industrial launches of new products
Studied and modeled PCBs, produced manufacturing files (Diptrace, Target)
May be required to draw up files justifying the security levels of our electrical/electronic products
Organises, in close collaboration with the Testing Department, the qualification phases, and contributes to their implementation
Develops schedules, bills of materials and ensures compliance with Cost/Quality/Deadlines criteria
Provides the elements for the development of the technical data sheets and materials necessary for marketing
Ensures the reporting of the progress of its projects
Contributes to technology monitoring and innovation

Designs or adapts electrical/electronic assemblies that must be reliable
Designs products in accordance with the validation phases defined in our ISO procedures, and by sharing regularly with the site's technical teams
Must take into account safety, ergonomics and environmental aspects in its designs
Can propose innovations
Finalizes the manufacturing file
SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
Advanced training in electrical/electronics (or equivalent), with solid experience
Component knowledge
Knowledge of industrial exchange protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, Modbus TCP, etc.)
Basic knowledge of network computing
Basics in different technical disciplines (Mechanics, Hydraulics, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
Mastery of IT tools: ERP and Office pack
