In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Review and evaluate various application methods and prepare feasibility reports to drive efficient outcomes. Lead design and analysis efforts, calculate production costs, and handle project schedules.  Lead all aspects of laboratory operations, coordinate Horn/Nest tasks, generate test reports, and support tool and equipment setup to ensure best-in-class weld quality. Lead laboratory equipment and 5S practices with a strong focus on safety prevention. In case of welding quality problems, identify the cause and propose solutions, and provide differentiated technical services to our customers for competitive advantage.

  For This Role, You Will Need: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field 7+ years of experience in the welding industry Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Hands-on experience with CAD tools such as CATIA and NX-UG Software programming skills are a plus Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Willingness to travel as needed to support projects and build strong partnerships
