For This Role, You Will Need: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field 7+ years of experience in the welding industry Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Hands-on experience with CAD tools such as CATIA and NX-UG Software programming skills are a plus Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Willingness to travel as needed to support projects and build strong partnerships
