P&G is seeking an EDI (electronic data interchange) intern to join our Finane & Accounting Digital team at one of the biggest P&G plants in the world – P&G Novomoskovsk. In this role, you will support and coordinate with local and global applications/platforms for various finance processes, develop new solutions, and manage various EDI/EDO related projects.  

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in or lead EDI/EDO projects (local/global) as a technical expert or project manager.  

Provide support for business projects and initiatives.  

Act as a system tester, single point of contact (SPOC), or consultant based on project needs.  

Troubleshoot technical issues with local applications, identifying root causes and implementing workarounds.  

Ensure compliance with controls and regulatory requirements.  

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.  

Compensation & Benefits 

Monthly salary 60 000 RUB gross 

Free lunch and transportation to the plant 

Flexible work hours and the possibility to work from home

Relocation and housing support (16 000 RUB gross/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

Ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)

3+ year students and graduates, preferably in IT/F&A

Strong communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Basic financial knowledge.  

- Basic programming and system administration knowledge.  
- Understanding of project management, requirements gathering, and process design.  
- Development experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, Knime, or similar tools.  
- Familiarity with SAP modules (SAP BI, SAP Project, etc.).

- Intermediate proficiency in English.
