**Job Title: PCB Assembler – Day & Swing Shifts** **Location:** Milpitas, CA **Pay:** Up to $23/hr **Shifts Available:** + **Day Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + **Swing Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (includes a 10% pay differential) **Job Description:** We are hiring **10 PCB Assemblers** to join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing team in Milpitas. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in box build and PCB assembly to work in a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble electronic and mechanical components using visual aids and work instructions. + Perform box build assembly including wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and PCB installation. + Use hand tools, torque drivers, and measuring instruments to complete builds. + Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high quality standards. + Identify and escalate quality issues to team leads or supervisors. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area following 5S principles. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in PCB or box build assembly preferred. + Ability to read and follow work instructions and visual diagrams. + Comfortable working with small components and hand tools. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. + Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
