**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This role involves the use of tools and equipment to manufacture quality parts, assemble components, and test products. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, utilizing sheet metal prints, electrical schematics, and test procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize all tools necessary to ensure quality parts are manufactured to customer expectations.
+ Efficiently deploy electro-mechanical and test equipment to assemble, wire, and test products using sheet metal prints, electrical schematics, and test procedures.
+ Assemble components, make wiring connections, and test using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electronic tools.
+ Accurately route, connect, fasten, and secure wires per diagrams or work instructions.
+ Move freely to any function within the environment to maximize production flow and overall efficiency.
+ Work well as a positive team member in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
+ Maintain a deep working knowledge of jobs and workflow in the assigned department.
+ Demonstrate detail orientation, eye and hand coordination, mechanical ability, and electrical/wiring ability.
+ Follow specific testing and documentation procedures including product tracking and serialization.
+ Read blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions.
+ Work from job tickets, manuals, or verbal instructions and proactively work to maximize production in a team environment.
+ Keep the work area clean and orderly, following industry and best practices.
+ Notify the manager of concerns when help is needed.
+ Use appropriate tools and equipment necessary to perform the job, including inspection equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical assembly.
+ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
+ Knowledge of production processes and electronic assembly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with inspection processes and systems controls.
+ Setup experience specific to department or equipment.
+ Strong communication skills (Read, Write, Speak, Listen).
+ Process and detail orientation.
+ Ability to discuss, deploy, and document best practices to ensure quality and productivity.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is moderate in noise level, requiring employees to frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. **Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
