Si usted tiene Carrera Técnica o Profesional en Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o Afin y busca una oportunidad de crecer, ¡Copeland tiene una oportunidad emocionante para usted con sede en nuestra ubicación de Reynosa Tamps. Mx, Usted se enfocará en cumplir los objetivos de la compañía, tener disponibilidad de equipo y dar soporte a departamento de Producción. Sus deberes y responsabilidades se completarán bajo la dirección del Supervisor de Mantenimiento.

COMO TECNICO ELECTROMECANICO , USTED:

· Realizar operaciones de mantenimiento correctivo o preventivo

· Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de mantenimiento en la empresa

· Respetar las normas de seguridad

· Analizar los datos de mantenimiento,

· Realizar los registros correspondientes a las actividades realizadas

· Vigilar, controlar y mantener regularmente los equipos de los que son responsables (diagnosticar y controlar máquinas, equipos e instalaciones)

· Proponer soluciones para mejorar la seguridad y el rendimiento de las herramientas, máquinas y equipos

· Flexibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos y tiempo extra

· Habilidad para toma de decisiones en situaciones bajo presión

· Mantener ordenada y limpia su área de trabajo y lugares donde realiza labores de mantenimiento

Actúas con un claro sentido de propiedad. Colaboras cómodamente con personas de todos los niveles, funciones, culturas y geografías., tienes actitud de servicio enfoque al cliente, asesoras y coordinas diferentes recursos para tomar las mejores decisiones para la Empresa.

EDUCACIÓN, EXPERIENCIA Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS:

· Carrera Técnica o Profesional en Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o Afín, más un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia preferentemente, incluido el liderazgo, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.

· Conocimiento en Electricidad, Hidráulica, Neumática

· Conocimiento en candadeo y etiquetado

· Manejo de Montacargas.

· Manejo herramientas de taller

· Manejo de plataforma

· Disponibilidad de horario

· Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente con varios niveles de la organización.
