Skill sets:

Basic skills: 

Candidate Should have a minimum experience of 5-8 years in Electromechanical / Mechatronic new product development with Agile mindset.Basic Knowledge of Tooling and manufacturing process and different type of materials.Should have good knowledge on Schneider tools and process like Symphony, PDM, Phenix.Should have good knowledge on different Prototyping technologiesAbility to manage the design activities independently and exhibit the ownership quality.

Core skills –

Should have a strong hold on the Creo-tool to design parts in Plastic and Sheet metal.Ability to identify the functional conditions in assemblies and do the tolerance stack analysis using Tolerance manager.Should have very good knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

Preferred skills – 

Having experience in Power products / LV panels.Basic knowledge of mechatronic will be appreciated.Basic knowledge on offers from Power products line.Exposure to PMP as well as BOC projects.
