Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr (1st Shift) | $19.00/hr (2nd Shift)

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Mechanical Assemblers to join our partner, a leader in the aerospace industry. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble critical components that power cutting-edge aerospace technology. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact projects of national importance.

What You’ll Do

Assemble components and sub-assemblies by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts per customer order.

Follow standard work instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate builds.

Perform routine tasks with minimal assistance, escalating issues as needed.

Track, receive, and check parts to ensure adequate stock for assigned work orders.

Report shortages or incorrect parts to the material handler or lead.

Pack finished products into designated cartons as required.

Participate in team stand-ups and follow safe ergonomic practices.

Contribute to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) risk reduction activities.

Perform other related duties as needed, including overtime.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints.

Strong attention to detail with commitment to producing quality work.

Reliability and willingness to work overtime as required.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
