Pay: $19.00 Shift:1st 7:00am- 3:00pm **Job Description** PDS Tech is hiring a **Railroad Signal Assembler/Technician** to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling, installing, and wiring critical railroad signal equipment—such as signal enclosures, switch machines, wayside signals, and power distribution cases. Your attention to detail and ability to read signal blueprints will help ensure safe and efficient rail operations across the region. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble, wire, and install electrical signal equipment to completion. + Read and interpret railroad signal blueprints to ensure accurate builds. + Perform tasks such as layout of backboards, gates, lights, meter poles, and tagging. + Follow strict safety and quality standards on all projects. + Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed. **Requirements:** + 1–2 years of experience in electronics (required). + Associate’s degree from a technical or electronics school (preferred). + Knowledge of railroad signal systems and components (preferred). + Strong reading and writing skills with attention to detail. + Valid driver's license required. **What We Offer:** + Competitive hourly pay + Opportunities for advancement + Hands-on, high-impact work in a growing industry + Supportive and experienced team environment **Apply Now!** Ready to help build the future of safe railroad operations?
