**Electro-Mechanical Assembler** **Location:** Bothell, WA (Onsite) **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $ 21.00/hour **Duration:** 9-month contract with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs **Key Skills & Qualifications:** + **Electro-Mechanical Assembly:** Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience assembling, aligning, and testing complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, and electronic subassemblies. + **Tool Proficiency:** Skilled in the use of common hand tools including torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters. + **Manual Dexterity & Detail-Oriented:** Ability to grasp and manipulate small parts for extended periods; strong attention to detail and precision. + **Technical Documentation:** Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, work orders, and safety procedures. + **Computer Skills:** Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard workplace systems is a plus. + **Communication:** Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. **Work Environment & Physical Requirements:** + Production environment with required use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** + Regular **sitting, handling, fingering, and feeling** ; occasional **walking and standing** + Frequent lifting up to **15 lbs** , regular lifting up to **40 lbs** , and occasional lifting up to **60 lbs** (depending on assignment) + Requires **eye-hand coordination** , **close vision** , and **color vision** **Soft Skills & Behavioral Traits:** + Positive, energetic attitude with a team-oriented mindset + Willingness to receive coaching and feedback from trainers, QA, and supervisors + Able to collaborate respectfully with coworkers and management **Education:** + High school diploma or equivalent required **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
