As a Residential and Commercial Outfitter, we specialize in new construction, fit-outs, and service work. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, work independently, lead a team, and provide guidance when necessary. Responsibilities include bending conduit, running and pulling wires, and installing, repairing, and replacing panels, lights, switches, and outlets. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints for various projects. + Work independently or lead a team of electricians. + Provide effective leadership when required. + Bend conduit such as Romex, EMT, and rigid. + Run and pull electrical wires. + Install, repair, and replace electrical panels, lights, switches, and outlets. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical skills + Electrical schooling + Experience in lighting installation + Basic wiring and construction knowledge + Electrical wiring and installation experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 4+ years of experience in the electrical field + Leadership experience is a plus + Experience in both residential and commercial settings + Certifications are a plus **Why Work Here?** Join a small outfitter known for its family feel and culture, focusing on new construction for residential and light commercial projects.
