Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Responsible for compliance with the National Electrical Code for electrical installations as well as licensing of electrical personal. Troubleshoots, tests and repairs all types of equipment. \#HBEIA **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING** + Responsible for performing process and production maintenance throughout the facility. + Electrician includes but not limited to: electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, troubleshooting, programming, plumbing, fabrication, parts rebuilding/refurbishing and preventive maintenance with the goal of improving facility and process reliability. + Assemble, install, repair and dismantle industrial machinery and heavy equipment (pumps, conveyors, bearings). + Read blueprints, align machines and equipment using various tools. Perform root cause analysis and identify potential problems and perform corrective actions. + Adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Participates in plant-wide safety, housekeeping and continuous improvement processes (operational excellence, learn manufacturing, etc.). + Ensures reliability of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines: following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications: trouble shooting malfunctions. + Performs mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Sound electrical background preferred. + Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. + Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts: using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. + Removes defective parts by dismantling devices: using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools: welding, machining and fabrication experience is a plus. + Contributes to team effort by achieving performance metrics. + Comply with all OSHA safety and health regulations. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** + High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. + Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. + Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required. + Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders. + Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming. + Skilled in the use of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers. + Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication is a plus. + Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. + Must be willing to work OT and weekends **WHAT WE OFFER** + Compensation $42.85/ hourly + Competitive Compensation + Retirement Savings + Medical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance Coverage + Holistic Health & Well-Being Programs + Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for + Health and Dependent Care + Vision and other Voluntary Benefits and Discounts + Paid Time Off and Holidays + Paid Parental Leave (Maternity and Paternity) + Educational Assistance Program **BUILDING INCLUSIVE WORKSPACES** At Amrize, there is endless opportunity for you to play your part.
