Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in EEE/EI/ECE/Mechatronics.3-7 years of hands-on experience in harness design and development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Routing of harness/power cables in a 3d environment using UG NXDesign Review and be responsible for electrical wiring diagrams and harnessHarness Bundle, wiring Harness flatten/Formboard drawings preparation, and release of 2D layout drawing, Change managementExcellent knowledge about cut list preparation, component selection and parametric considerations of connectors, wires, seals, terminals with component packing to distribution/control panels and electrical devices Experienced in Manufacturing Process Line Setup for Harness, Pigtails & HV and LV Harness Development Interact product designers for on time execution of both product pilot and mass production.Experience knowledge in IPC, ISO standard to define the wiring harness design requirement and quality requirements.Work with a cross-functional team to stakeholders provide support required to deliver on time, quality, and functionAdhere to process checkpoints to ensure design standards are followedCollaborate with auxiliary functional teams, to ensure project execution for product delivering to customer requirementsDriving continuous improvement of system, Product and Processes.
