🔧 What You’ll DoLead the Charge: Develop and implement robust PCBA test strategies that ensure product excellence from prototype to production.Engineer the Future: Design and build automated test systems, fixtures, and diagnostics that drive efficiency and accuracy.Solve the Tough Stuff: Perform deep-dive failure analysis and troubleshooting to resolve electrical and manufacturing issues.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, firmware, and mechanical teams to optimize products for manufacturability and testability.Drive Quality at Scale: Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure seamless production transitions and consistent quality.Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior engineers in best practices for testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.Innovate Continuously: Contribute to the evolution of our test methodologies and manufacturing processes.🧠What You BringExpertise in hardware testing, PCBA, microcontrollers, LED systems, and subsystem validation.Deep knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, electrical design, and test instrumentation (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.).Proven ability to identify and address design-for-test and design-for-manufacturing gaps.Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.Familiarity with industry standards(UL, CE, RoHS) and regulatory compliance.🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on PCBA and OEM product testing.Proficiency in tools like Altium, Allegro, LabVIEW, and C/C++/C#.Experience with high-reliability systems(automotive, aerospace, medical devices).Bonus: Knowledge of FPGA, embedded systems, and Six Sigma certification.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
