Role Overview
Evaluate basic equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs as assigned. Perform planned maintenance (PM), safety, and environmental inspections. Maintain effective customer relations through daily communications. Implement customer facility contracts to support business goals and objectives. Assist more and less experienced technicians with repairs and resolutions. Work collaboratively with the local team to provide efficient service delivery. Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule. Ensure proper care of spares, tools, and test equipment, ensuring calibration. Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes, and procedures. Meet all applicable regulatory requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned.Skills & Qualifications
Electrical calculations: Proficient in performing electrical calculations for system design and troubleshooting. Electrical Design: Experience in designing electrical systems and components. Electrical Codes & Standards: Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and industry standards.Education & Experience
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required. Trade certificate or equivalent training is required. One year of experience or equivalent formal training in maintaining electronics or electromechanical equipment is preferred. Previous experience in developing and maintaining good customer relations is advantageous.Pay & Benefits
Competitive pay rate of $46.50/hour. Daily IT Equipment Allowance of $20.50. Mileage reimbursement at the 2025 IRS rate of $0.70/mile for personal automobile use, up to a 300-mile radius per round trip.
