Electrical Technician (Asheville)
We are currently recruiting for a client in the Candler, NC area for an Electrician Technician. Please see below for more information and apply today! **Pay - $32.50- 35 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)** **Schedule:** SWING shift Night and AM rotating schedule (will work 3 days one week and 4 days the following week) Will have full schedule for the year. **Benefits Include:** Medical, dental, and life insurance benefits, Tuition reimbursement, Membership Discounts and Reimbursement, 401k with a very generous matching contribution, PTO, holiday and vacation pay. **About the role:** + **Maintenance and Repair:** Ensuring the day-to-day operation of electrical systems and equipment. + **Troubleshooting:** Identifying and resolving electrical issues in machinery and systems. INCLUDING PLC + **Preventative Maintenance:** Implementing and managing schedules for preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. + **Compliance:** Ensuring all electrical work adheres to relevant safety regulations and standards. + **Collaboration:** Working with other technicians, engineers, and maintenance personnel. + **Documentation:** Maintaining records of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities. **Minimum Requirements** **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent **Experience:** Two years of industrial electrical experience to include PLC troubleshooting and three-phase motor control required. **Physical Working Conditions:** Heavy work. Tasks involve pushing / pulling, lifting, and handling material up to 50 pounds plus standing and walking during a minimum twelve-hour shift.
