Job Description

Ōnin Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.

Work Experience
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive maintenanceAbility to read and understand technical diagrams and schematicsFamiliarity with control panels, motor controls, and PLCs (a plus)Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying environmentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixturesRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsTest electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devicesIdentify electrical problems and recommend solutionsEnsure work is completed according to local and national electrical codesCollaborate with maintenance teams and other departments to support production needsFollow all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
