As the Electrical Team Leader, you will lead a multi-functional electrical maintenance team, ensuring that all plant assets are maintained and operated to world-class standards. You’ll be a key member of the Mill Leadership Team, contributing to strategic and tactical planning while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

This role is open to candidates located outside of Saudi Arabia who are willing to relocate. We welcome international talent ready to bring their expertise and leadership to our team.

Key responsibilities: 

Champion a world-class safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards.Lead and develop the electrical maintenance team to meet departmental KPIs.Drive preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and machinery reliability improvements.Manage departmental budgets, cost analysis, and lead cost-saving initiatives.Oversee facility maintenance performance and capital projects in collaboration with contractors and third parties.Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies aligned with company vision.Promote learning, coaching, and career development within the team, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)5–7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance (multinational and paper industry experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of manufacturing electrical systems, PLCs (Siemens & Rockwell), and instrumentationValid Saudi Engineers Council (SEC) membership (or ability to obtain before hiring)Excellent communication, leadership, and business acumenProficiency in SAP, MS Office Suite, and lean manufacturing tools (TPM, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.)
