We have an exciting opportunity for an E&I Supervisor to join the Woodman Point Project team! In this role, you will effectively provide on site leadership and direction for the electrical and Instrumentation works. They shall be delivering against the scope, schedule, quality and budget whilst maintaining a high safety culture.
Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Your focus will include:
Ensure safe execution of Planned activities on a daily basis Carry out all inspections and audits as per the minimum required KPI’s Plan the forecast weeks activities for their assigned team Assist in interactions with water corporation operations and other contractors Monitor employees’ daily works, including quality inspection, daily progress reporting and HSE field leadership activities Mentor leading hands toward furthering their leadership skills Interface regularly with Alliance SMP and Civil Supervision ensuring effective productive progress
What you will bring to the team:
Minimum 5 years’ experience performing in a similar role in the Construction Industry Excellent communication, people management and leadership skills Professional presentation and able to represent the project at a high standard when interfacing with stakeholders Able to delegate and take responsibility to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently and maximises project and individuals' effectiveness Experience working under Permit to Work Systems and adhering to Permit to Work conditions Trade Qualification Construction White/Blue Card
