We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors with expertise in LNG  & Industrial Plants to join our team, based on Curtis Island in Gladstone. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in Projects / Campaigns & maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of electrical and instrumentation systems related to LNG Plants or Heavy industrial settings.

Key responsibilities will include: Planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crewsEnsure compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirementsEnsure quality, production and environmental requirements of project are meProvide direction to relevant trades specific work requirementsSupervise, coach and mentor direct reports; ensure that site workers have the necessary competencies to undertake assigned tasksCommunicate with client representatives on a day to day basis, to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work requiredDevelopment of improved methods of workingIdentify and drive cost savings and safety improvement initiatives and report on lessons learned and completion/outcomes to the business.What you will bring:Minimum 4 years extensive Supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas sector is highly desirable QLD Electrical Trade and current licence Gas Turbine maintenance experience Experience leading a team of electrical workersEEHA & Cert III in Electrical Instrumentation highly desirable Open Cabling Licence highly desirable Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proof of right to work in Australia
