This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. **Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and supervise all aspects of electrical contracting projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination
+ Oversee and lead project teams, including electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective execution of project tasks
+ Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations
+ Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
+ Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction
+ Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports
+ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
+ Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
+ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
+ Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects
+ Proficiency with project management software and tools
+ Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations Certification as a Master Electrician
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Proven track record of successfully managing electrical teams and projects
+ Strong communication and leadership abilities
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
+ Professional membership in relevant industry associations
+ High school diploma or GED Journeyman Electrician license
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or maintenance
+ In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong organizational and project management skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions
+ 3 years minimum of Hospitality experience either as an installer or lead
+ 3 years minimum of superintendent experience Local with desire to travel for future projects
+ Must be able to lead a crew of 8-10 workers
+ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
+ Proficiency in project management software and tools
+ Valid electrician's license and any other relevant certifications
