Position Summary:

Electrical Site Manager with extensive experience in engineering development, assembly, testing, commissioning, and supervision of electrical systems for industrial plants.


Main Responsibilities:

• Develop basic and detailed engineering for electrical systems, including specifications, data sheets, calculation reports, material lists, procurement requests, single-line and three-line diagrams, and coordination of deliverables.

• Coordinate factory engineering for Protection, Control & Measurement (PC&M) sections and SCADA systems.

• Supervise assembly, primary testing, and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical equipment.

• Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) inspections and coordinate on-site testing with certified laboratories (LAPEM, INEEL).

• Ensure compliance with national and international standards (NOM, NMX, Grid Code, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, among others).

• Act as technical liaison with electrical installation verification units (UVIE) and end clients.

• Solve engineering discrepancies and supervise the preparation of “As Built” documentation.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Knowledge of design and engineering management tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Project Wise, Enovia.

• Strong technical problem-solving skills.

• Coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Supervision of electrical works and contractor management.

• High adaptability to diverse work environments.
