We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Site Manager to oversee and manage our electrical projects within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
We are looking for an Electrical Site Manager. This position is hybrid and can be located anywhere in the southeastern part of the US.
You’ll make an impact by:
Oversee all on-site electrical activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies specific to electrical systems. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, particularly those related to electrical systems. Maintain effective communication with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders. Manage site documentation, including electrical schematics, contracts, permits, and inspection reports.You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 year of experience performing electrical site management and industrial electrical installation Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automotive industry standards, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or technical college in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Preferred 3+ years of experience leading teams performing electrical installations in the automotive final assembly environment Experience with electrical planning and installation of automation equipment on conveyor systems Associates degree or technical training in area of responsibility.About Siemens:

The pay range for this position is 82,320.00 - 141,120.00 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
