The Role: Electrical Safety Coordinator

Opportunity for an Electrical Safety Coordinator to join our team based in Garden Island. You will work with Project/Production managers to ensure the safety and successful achievement of all Project Electrical Isolation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation and oversee day to day isolation activitiesEnsure records / logs are up to dateOngoing Employee procedure training/ refreshersLiaising with customersAssist with Isolation PlansConduct annual procedure review/updates/changesMonitor compliance with scheduled auditsEnsure all lockout equipment is accounted for and in serviceable and in good condition

Your Skills:

Trade qualified and holds a current Electrical Licence (NSW preferred)Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the implementation and use of Isolation Procedures in the Australian Construction or related industry.Experienced working in an isolation (Lock out/Tag out) environmentAbility to read/interpret electrical drawings and communicate requirements to various stakeholdersAbility to effectively delegate, manage and work in a teamStrong analytical, literacy and numerical skills with well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets
