We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead healthcare projects in Springfield, VA, and Fairfax. ResponsibilitiesManage jobsite documentation such as RFIs, Drawing Revisions, Drawing Reproductions, ASIs, etc.Track and manage PTPs, AHAs, Daily Reports, and other project logs.Oversee material requisitions, purchase orders, and verify receipts of materials.Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager to schedule meetings with sub-contractors and general contractors.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in construction management.Proficiency with Bluebeam software and Adobe.Strong knowledge in electrical engineering.Experience with healthcare and capital projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in healthcare or hospital projects is preferred.Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and think critically.Work Environment

The role requires site visits around the DMV area and daily office attendance in Odenton, MD. The workweek is Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 6 AM to 4 PM, requiring a consistent schedule. The job site operations start at 5 AM. The position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with comprehensive benefits, including 2 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
