Then join our global team as a development engineer for mechatronic components to implement innovative ideas using state-of-the-art technologies.Task and responsibilities:You will be responsible the design and development of our mechatronic systems by analysing the complete control system consist converters , servomotors, gearboxes, position sensors and motorfeedback systems.Commisioning and configuration of the servodrive and control loops tuning (current, speed, position control loops). Servodrive systems can be based on specific servodrives designed in SIEMENS Healthineers or standard industrial servodrives and systems from SIEMENS, Beckhoff, (Lti). Lenze or others.You will carry out fault investigations and characterise mechanical and electrical componentsYou will be responsible for creating product documentation to accompany development and will provide support with normative approvals.Design and selection other electrical components like electrical tranformators, other types of sensors  power supply, further electrical control devices Commisioning our devices in the Laboratory Integration and commisioning final PCBs to the medical deviceDefinition peripheries and functionalities of PCBsAnalysis of the obsolete components and selection suitable alternatives Design , processing and administration documents like technical specification, design specification requirements, tests specification requirements, test reports and archivation in SAP EDMRealisation functional and unit tests with errors analysis of electrical componentsDocumentation change managment and validation in SAPMaintaining robustness tests with goal to provide technical support for test centrum
Qualification & Experience:You have completed master degree in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering.Knowledge and experiences in commisioning control devices in field of control technology, metrology, analog and digital circuitsYou have good knowledge and experience with the Siemens control platforms Sinumerik, Simotion, Simatic as well as drive platforms and Siemens communications platformKnowledge and experiencesin field of EMC (filters, shielding, EMC technical norms)Knowledge and experience in filed of electrical safety and IEC 60601, ULKnowledge and experience in filed of functional, safety (Collision detection and prevention, Safety fucntions,emergency stop) Knowledge of the programing C/C++ , as well as Matlab SimulinK or experience in other programing  languages round off your profile
