Job Description Seeking a Secret Cleared Electrical Lab Technician to join our team here in the Berkeley, MO area. This individual will be a part of a team that specializes in installing and maintaining Flight Simulation equipment consisting of computers, monitors, audio systems, visual systems, crew stations and rack equipment. This job will be required for someone to reading and understands standing drawings and schematics to support our clients mission. Compensation: $29/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years in an Engineering Lab Environment OR comparable Military experience. - Fabrication and/or assembly electrical systems - Wiring, repairs, harnesses etc. - Miliary experience OR Defense Contract background - Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics - Secret Clearance OR TS-SCI - Ability to work onsite 5 days per week - Flight Safety experience - Minimum of 3+ year experience working with Flight Simulation equipment - Minimum of 3+ year experience maintaining computer hardware - Experience with Mil-Spec connector termination - Experience with Mil-Spec Fiber Optic termination and splicing null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
