The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Associate or Mid-Level Electrical Installation Design Engineer to join our team in Everett or Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work closely with our Installation and Installation Design team.Position Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains basic cable/wire harness detail and assembly designsAssists with engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests)Develops and maintains basic electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas)Follows documented processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commoditiesCollects data to support the development of statements of workAssists in data gathering of supplier capabilitiesReviews functional and physical input used in the development of integrated design and system architectureWorks under close supervisionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science2+ years' related experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
