Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Implementation Manager to support one of our large Energy Companies. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a background in electrical work, utilities, and construction supervision. The Implementation Manager will act as the on-site representative for the Project Manager, overseeing vendor crews, ensuring safety and quality, and managing project execution from the field. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee and coordinate vendor crews performing hands-on electrical and construction work.  Serve as the Project Managers on-site liaison, ensuring project scope, safety, and quality standards are met.  Work independently across multiple project sites, often as the sole Duke representative.  Interpret and work from electrical drawings, blueprints, and schedules.  Take site photos and upload documentation to project systems.  Participate in planning, installation kick-off, and outage coordination meetings.  Confirm permits and safety training are completed before work begins.  Collaborate with Project Leads and contractors to develop and maintain project schedules.  Manage one project at a time, with a portfolio ranging from 5 to 20 jobs over the contract period.
