Grow with us, H2O+U. **Your Opportunity** We are currently seeking a Project EIT – Electrica/I&C to join the team in our Burnaby, BC office. The successful candidate must be available to work at a site office 5 days per week, located in North Vancouver. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Member of the Owner’s construction management team for a large and complex multi-year project * Reports to the Senior Engineer * Process Mechanical and Electrical/Instrumentation * Reviews Contractor RFI’s and coordinates with the Engineer-of-Record to address technical issues * Collaborates with the Owner’s Engineer to resolve technical discussions between the Contractor and EOR. * Supports the CM team with non-compliance reporting and general construction oversight **Your Capabilities and Credentials** * Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design, construction, commissioning or operation. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve construction issues. * Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Experience with process automation and control systems. * Knowledge of automation and control systems, such as SCADA and PLC. Education and Credentials * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Industrial, Mechatronic, or similar engineering. * Registered Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with EGBC or equivalent or immediate ability for EIT registration.
