To support Facility Management Team, leading a 24/7 operation team, organize and implement a comprehensive maintenance program of all mechanical and electrical installation.Utilities set-up, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation are managed systemically and run in optimum operating condition and in cost effective manner.Administration of 24/7 M&E operation team consists of Chargeman/Technician on daily operation job function.Plan & execute Energy Conservation and Environmental improvement activities.Works closely with (EHS) in ensuring safe works practice.Support audits activities i.e., ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 etc.To works closely with GR team (Global Real-estate) on related matters.Plan, approval process, executing new related project.Budget planning Overhead, BAU, MAE etc.Develop and maintain records and reports i.e., preventive maintenance activities, equipment’s master list etc.

QualificationsMust have relevant Certificate of Electrical HT Chargeman BO (11Kv or 33Kv).Required 8-10 years’ experience in Facility Maintenance operation.Good Knowledge and Exposure of Facility process, procedures, and technology.Computer literate, power point, excel, words, Auto-Cad will be an added advantage. Self-driven leadership, Independent, strong interpersonal communication, analytical problem-solving skills, self-motivated person, result oriented & team player.
