Manufacturing Test Engineer Fluke Electronics, Singapore Description: As a Manufacturing Test Engineer with Fluke Electronics, you will be tasked with analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing methods, operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements for calibration/test of new and existing products. You will support released products and assist with the deployment of new products into the manufacturing environment. You will be a major contributor to and owner of key performance indicators in Operations, including: 5S/Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity, as well as project management. You will be empowered to make decisions, drive improvements, and have plenty of opportunities for career growth. This position is based in Singapore with travel expectations of 25-50%. Responsibilities: + As directed, oversee Fluke’s contract manufacturing + Support, maintain, and improve test systems throughout the factory + Develop processes and procedures used in the manufacturing process + Review test results to drive quality improvements through root cause and countermeasure of failures + Perform manufacturing engineering assignments associated with the integrity of product design to ensure quality and cost-effective production + Manage and implement projects of varying complexity and scope + Ensure the integrity of existing manufacturing documents and take ownership for the creation of new manufacturing documentation where required Qualifications: + Bachelor's or higher degree in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc. + Multi-disciplined engineer with skillsets in both electrical and mechanical engineering desired + Leadership experience within a team, project, or job desired + Ability to handle high pressures, prioritize workload, and understand impact of duties required + Respond to metric/goal-driven environment, take initiative to meet goals + Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry + Good written and verbal communication skills + Strong problem-solving methodology + Data analysis and statistical understanding + 5-10 years of relevant work experience **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
