What You'll Be Doing

Assist with the maintenance and optimization of electrical and control systems.

Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical issues.

Participate in the design and implementation of automation improvements.

Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to enhance system reliability.

Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives related to electrical systems.

What Are We Looking For

Foundational knowledge in electrical engineering, automation, or control systems typically obtained through university or college curriculum

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Effective communication and a continuous improvement mindset.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Willingness to travel to or relocate to other locations for further career progression

Work Environment
This position is based in a cement manufacturing facility and includes both office and field work. You’ll be exposed to industrial conditions such as noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Safety is a top priority, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required.
