Supporting the electrical systems design and integration of Aeroderivative Gas Turbine Packages for various power plant applications.
Providing technical support to Modify Aero products, including the TM, LM2500, LM6000, and LMS100.
Supporting the design, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems for gas turbines, generators, and control system. This include tasks like developing drawings, FMI, specifications, and bills of materials, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues during outage.
Provide technical assistance to global customers, including resolving issues related to gas turbine operations, installation, and commissioning.
Assist in resolving electrical issues that may arise during the upgradation of gas turbine packages.
Work Experience
Engineering Degree: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Experience: Some positions may require prior experience with GE Vernova Aeroderivative Gas Turbine engines or controls systems and knowledge on Gas turbine instrumentation. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with control systems like Woodward and GE (MK6, MK6e, RX3i) can be beneficial. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve electrical issues. Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. Take full ownership of a range of hardware as you develop expertise and sharpen critical engineering skills required to succeed in the industry.Manage individual projects as a part of a cross-functional team including creating and updating documents, leading design reviews, and reviewing technical data.Verify and document electrical components from suppliers meet customer requirements for performance and integration.Mentor and train less experienced engineers.Knowledge on Gas turbine instrumentation
