Library creation work in Zuken E3

Creating library materials for wiring devices. Obtain a catalog of wiring devices and extract the necessary specifications. Confirm the specifications and create the documents.(obtain catalog data, investigate the structure of the target wiring device, investigate the connection specifications of the target wiring device, investigate the mating parts of the target wiring device, create investigation results (EXCEL))

•Connector symbol creation

Obtain 3D model/check combination/create development diagram.(Download step/iges (3D model data) of the target part, investigate/check the Connector combination, create 2D data from the 3D model data in the Creo drawing environment (DRW, DXF))

• Library creation (created directly in E3 )

Using the E3 data provided by Customer , you will create \"components\" (E3 library files that summarize electrical component information) for the electrical components listed in the library creation request list.

•Requirement: Creo/ NX/ Solid Edge operation, E3 operation. 

Work Experience

Required Skills

PC skills (Excel: functions, PowerPoint: document creation, email software, etc.)Basic knowledge of electrical circuitsExperience in electrical-related evaluations

Preferred Skills

Experience with Auto CAD (wiring design) / 3D CADAbility to analyze and interpret dataExperience in improvement and enhancement activities as an engineer, not just routine tasks

Qualification: 

 Bachelors/master’s in electrical engineering Japanese Language certification (N1/N2)- Preferred
