We are currently looking for our future Electrical Engineer who will be based in **Wabtec, Katy Wroclawskie.** **Who will you be working with?** You will be reporting to the Senior Industrial Manager. **How will you make a difference?** As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new products and components for our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with other engineers, technicians, and production staff to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. **What do we want to know from you?** + You have a higher technical degree with electrical engineering faculty and a practical knowledge of electrical drawings/electrical schematics/wiring diagrams. + You have a knowledge of special processes e.g. crimping, soldering, stripping, quality tools and problem-solving methodologies. + You have the ability to define, develop and create new assembly stations / lines for multi-complicated products in low series production. + You can transform manual assembly process into semi-automatic stations / lines + You know how to read technical drawings in English (German will be an advantage) + You have a good command of the English language (being able to speak German is appreciated) + You have a knowledge of project management + You are available to travel **What will your typical day look like?** + Develop and create new assembly stations and lines. + Transform manual assembly processes into semi-automatic stations and lines. + Participate in the industrialization of new engineering projects within your area of responsibility. + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on the manufacturing floor. + Develop and implement electrical safety procedures. + Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to design and implement new electrical systems. + Provide technical support to production staff. _Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
