The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Electrical Power Engineer to add to our technical team in Albuquerque, NM. This position requires travel in the continental United States for various projects. Applicants should be experienced performing the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

Assist in engineering, design, and installation of electrical power systemsWork hands on installing, repairing and maintenance of generators, motors, Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), control panels, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems such as timers, circuit breakers, feeders, coils, and relays.Train staff in system repairs, operations, procedures, and troubleshootingUse of electrical test equipmentDetermining root cause of malfunctions and correcting themWork with industrial, military, and commercial electrical wiring, repair, and maintenance as well as mechanical-system troubleshootingRead, redline, and design electrical circuitsDesign and implement RF telecommunication systemsWork in a team environment, Quality Team MemberWrite customer system specific installation and operator maintenance manuals which include detailed drawings, test plans and proceduresCoordinate the procurement of electrical components from commercial and DOD vendors to meet requirementsCollaborate with engineering staff

Qualifications:

Required: 

Active Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade to a TS/SCI.BSEE from an ABET accredited college or university.Working knowledge of single and 3 phase power circuits.Understanding of RF and Microwave principles.4+ years working experience.

Desired:

Military communications experience in a tactical environmentFive plus years commercial/industrial electrical experienceFamiliarity with the NFPA-70 National Electric Code

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$60,100 - $123,200
