You will be the Electrical Engineer for the PAC-3 missile program at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Dallas, Texas. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing advanced combat, missile, and rocket systems for the U.S. and allied militaries.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Engineer, you will be the primary technical contact for PAC-3 electronics hardware and will lead failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical oversight and monitoring of a major subcontractor, including evaluating vendor proposals and participating in failure investigations
• Presenting technical issues to program leadership and customers, ensuring accurate and appropriate presentations
• Coordinating activities between production sites and the program to clear constraints and support overall program goals
• Leading changes to the Technical Data Package and presenting changes to change review boards
• Supporting obsolescence planning and coordination
• Coordinating supplier activities with Sub-Contracts Management to support program goals

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with troubleshooting Analog and Digital Electronics
• Working knowledge of lab equipments such as Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, DMM, signal Generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Ability to travel approx. 10% of time domestically.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• DoD Secret or Top Secret.
• Prior experience of PAC-3 program, Production processes, Failure Investigation, Root Cause and Corrective Actions
• Experience with hardware disposition (MRBE)
• Experience with developing BOEs, reviewing suppliers’ BOEs.
• Certified or working knowledge of CAM
• Experience working with suppliers and leading suppliers during failure investigation
• Strong background in cross-discipline systems engineering practices including requirements development/maintenance, architecture, hardware/software design, integration and verification
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
