We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Specialist to provide on-site technical support at our client’s facility in Saltillo. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical guide for installation personnel, ensuring proper interpretation and execution of electrical diagrams, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating updates with international and local teams.

Provide on-site electrical guidance to installation teamsInterpret and validate electrical diagrams provided by the client in ChinaIdentify and resolve electrical issues during installationCreate and maintain open-point lists and track resolution progressCommunicate effectively in English with the client in China and the site manager regarding required diagram updatesEnsure alignment between field conditions and documentationSupport the implementation of corrective actions and technical adjustmentsRequirements
Proven experience in electrical systems and industrial installationsStrong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematicsBasic computer proficiency (no EPLAN required)Problem-solving mindset with attention to detailFluent in English (spoken and written) for international coordinationAvailability to work on-site in Saltillo on a temporary basisExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAdditional Information
